POOL
The Deerfield Pool is available.......
PARKING
Parking on the street is permissible only for temporary, infrequent periods and must not restrict traffic or block mailboxes or neighbors' driveways.

PARKING ON THE STREET OVERNIGHT IS PROHIBITED.

There is space at the Pepperdine cul-de-sac and the pool parking lot for overnight parking and for parking of guest vehicles. These parking spaces are within walking distance of all of Deerfield.
These spaces are not to be used for storage of vehicles.
Violation of these rules is a basis for vehicles being towed.
PETS
Deerfield is a pet-friendly neighborhood. Dogs and cats are welcome so long as their presence does not infringe on the rights and comfort of others in the neighborhood. Pets must always be on a leash when off the property of the resident, and feces must always be picked up and properly disposed of.
Neighbors must not be disturbed by excessive barking.
Failure to abide by these rules is a violation of Knoxville City codes.
LAWN CARE
The Association contracts with a lawn care service to maintain the common areas and lawns. Mowing is usually done on Thursdays, weather permitting.
A sign will be placed at the entrance weekly indicating the day the lawns will be mowed.
